Finally sitting down and writing out my health journey from the last couple years. Many of you know, but I was diagnosed with a rare genetic blood disorder at the age of 19.

I come from a very creative family, my great grandfather was actually a well known professional photographer when he was younger. I have loved taking photos ever since I can remember.

James 1:2-8 NIV: “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.”

My first Wednesday Word post! This week I wanted to talk about relationships, because they are a big influence on our lives. I believe the Bible teaches that we are not meant to do life alone. When Adam was created, God said in Genesis 2:18, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
